1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 456jl, depositing funds, placing bets, or engaging with any gaming content on our Platform, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion by posting updates on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. All 456jl services are strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of twenty-one (21) years. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age or older. This age requirement is mandated by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and regulations established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) governing online gambling activities. We employ strict age verification procedures including government-issued identification document verification during account registration and prior to processing withdrawal requests. Any attempt to circumvent age verification, provide false age information, or otherwise misrepresent your age will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and potential legal action.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

456jl services are offered exclusively to residents of the Republic of the Philippines. By using our services, you confirm that you are physically located within Philippine territory at the time of account registration and gaming activity. We employ geolocation technology to verify user locations. Accounts accessed from outside the Philippines may be temporarily or permanently suspended. Users traveling abroad must not access their accounts or engage in gaming activities while outside Philippine jurisdiction.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into this binding Agreement under Philippine law. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent, are under guardianship, or are subject to any legal restriction that would prevent them from entering into contracts are prohibited from using 456jl services.

2.4 Self-Exclusion and Gambling Restrictions

You represent that you are not currently registered on any self-exclusion program, gambling prohibition list, or banned persons register maintained by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority. You are not prohibited from gambling by court order, employment contract, or any other legal restriction. If you become subject to any such restriction during your use of the Platform, you must immediately notify us and cease all gaming activities.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming services on 456jl, you must create a user account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You may only maintain one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. Required registration information includes your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile telephone number. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable through documentation.

3.2 Account Verification

456jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, Postal ID, or national ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. You must provide requested documents within seven (7) days. Failure to provide verification documents will result in account suspension and inability to process withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 456jl account credentials including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

3.4 Account Suspension and Termination

456jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering suspicions; provision of false information; abuse of bonuses or promotions; collusion with other players; use of automated betting software or bots; chargebacks or payment disputes; abusive behavior toward staff or other players; or any activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

456jl accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine users: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Security Bank, and other major Philippine financial institutions, and credit/debit cards issued by Philippine banks (Visa and Mastercard). All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential account closure.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly with funds appearing in your 456jl account balance within seconds of successful transaction completion. Bank transfer deposits are processed within five (5) minutes to thirty (30) minutes during banking hours on business days. Credit and debit card deposits process instantly subject to issuing bank authorization. Minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100). Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and account verification status.

4.3 Deposit Fees

456jl does not charge fees for deposits made via GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors or banks. Credit and debit card deposits may be subject to processing fees disclosed at the time of transaction.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on 456jl are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be automatically converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, which may include a currency conversion fee charged by your payment provider.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

456jl processes withdrawals to the same payment methods used for deposits in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Available withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfer to Philippine bank accounts. Withdrawals must be requested to payment methods registered in your own name matching your verified account information.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes from approval, including weekends and holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Processing times begin after completion of any required verification checks. 456jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification for large withdrawals, withdrawals to new payment methods, or withdrawals from accounts flagged for security review.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100). Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary based on account verification level and VIP status. Standard verified accounts may withdraw up to Five Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 500,000) per day. Higher limits are available to VIP members. 456jl reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits at any time with notice to affected users.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

456jl does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your payment provider or financial institution may charge receiving fees. We are not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

5.5 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests can be processed. This requirement applies to prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms. Withdrawals requested before wagering requirements are met will be declined and funds returned to your account balance.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

All players on 456jl must engage in fair and honest gaming at all times. 6.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure, all affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded to player accounts. 456jl is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions, internet connection issues, or third-party software failures. Game outcomes determined after a malfunction is discovered will not be honored. Players should report suspected malfunctions immediately via customer support.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by 456jl are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published with each promotion. Bonus funds are separate from real money deposits and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and game type. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Abuse of bonuses including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, exploiting software errors, or using strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonuses, voiding of winnings, and account closure. 456jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and remain in effect for the chosen period ranging from six (6) months to permanent exclusion. 9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 456jl Platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game interfaces is the exclusive property of 456jl or our licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the Platform without express written permission from 456jl. The 456jl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 456jl and may not be used without prior written authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 456jl, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 456jl services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. Each party shall bear their own costs and expenses. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding this arbitration clause, 456jl retains the right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in Philippine courts to protect our intellectual property rights or prevent fraudulent activity.

12. Amendments to Terms

456jl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email and prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of 456jl services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure with withdrawal of remaining balance subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.
